Playing in 3 Grand Finals in SWNFL – 1961 (lost to Bunbury), 1966 (won against Busselton) and 1968 (won against Donnybrook).
Played with my two brothers, Jeffery and Maurice in the 1968 Grand Final.
Earliest memory/association with the club:
1952 - When we shifted to Bunbury, my father Philip played for the Club in the 1930’s.
Additional Comments (Eg. Fondest memory, favourite character around the club, most despised opposition, etc):
Fond memories of Neville Buswell (Dec’d), Bobby Donavan (Dec’d), Bluey Stafford (Dec’d) and Tommy Trigwell were great characters around the Club.
Without a doubt Donnybrook were the most feared club in my days.
