Played in Cairns from 1981 – 1987. Two fairest and best for club. Captained Cairns on several occasions. Represented North Queensland. Leading Goal Kicker 1982 playing as a Ruck Rover.

Position Played: Centre, Ruck Rover

Best South Player and Coach you’ve seen:
Player – Leon Baker
Best Coach – John Depiazzi.

Most memorable incident/experience at the club:
Part of the 1980 undefeated Grand Final side, won the Grand Final by 92 points. Leading goal kicker for SWNFL in 1980.

Earliest memory/association with the club:
Played with Souths from 8 years of age through to seniors.

Fondest memory are the players, management and supporters involved every year..

Other family members who have/had some association with South Bunbury Football Club:
All the family – Dad, Ray Harris. Brothers Raymond Harris and Mark Harris, all played for South. And now nephew, Joel Harris.
